Superior Weather Protection
The Challenger Pro features American-sourced, two-sided zinc-coated galvanneal steel construction for superior corrosion resistance from the jump.
Then we added Sherwin Williams gloss white polyester, TGIC powder coating for even more protection. This industrial finish resists the scuffs and dings of life at the job site while providing long-lasting defense against rust, corrosion, and environmental damage.
We powder-coated not only the body exterior but also compartment interiors and cargo surfaces for added protection and a professional fleet appearance. We also applied undercoating to protect the underside of the floor and wheel wells.
For even more weather protection for your valuable tools and equipment, we added automotive-grade rubber seals to the compartment frames. Now every door is sealed tight automotive style to defend against dust and water intrusion, keeping your equipment safe and dry and keeping you in the field to get the job done.
Upgraded Frames and Security
We kept the internal hinges of the ST series and upgraded the Challenger Pro’s frame-style design to remove easy pry points for added security. The Challenger Pro offers a framed compartment design with framed doors, reinforced floor understructures and U-channel gussets to add strength where it matters most.
Spec a master-locking system for your truck body, and you can secure every compartment at once with a single shift of the internal sliding bar.
Expanded and Improved Storage
We extended the compartment storage space, giving you the largest traveling toolbox in the industry. Organize, store, and contain your tools securely with an infinite combination of storage options.
