Follow these 3 simple steps to get your door latch replacements on the way:

STEP 1: Locate and photograph your damaged door latch(es). Provide the images using the Door Latch Replacement Request form on this page.

STEP 2: Determine your latch type identification from the example image(s) on this page and choose the corresponding correct latch type from the drop-down list that follows. If you have different latch types, please make a separate submission for each.

STEP 3: Locate your service body key code from either the current key, lock cylinder face or lock cylinder drum type (see example photos). Use the accompanying drop-down lists associated with your key type (400 Series or Stratec Series) to record your key code. Finish the form and submit for rapid processing.
